Are you ready for a challenging role as DevOps engineer? DI Blue is looking for a dedicated professional who will help accelerate the software development processes and make them more reliable. You play a crucial role as DevOps engineer in our company's success by acting as "bridge builder" between developers (devs) and system administrators (ops) by managing and keeping software operational. You do this in close alignment with business objectives.
The DevOps engineer at DI Blue is agile enough to manage operations additionally to the performance of technical tasks. Together with the development team, you ensure the continuous delivery of software products and streamline our development and implementation processes through task automation, reducing development time and ensuring reliability and stability. Additionally, you possess the technical skills to review, verify, and validate the developed project softwarecode.
Your core responsibilities
- Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs;
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining our DevOps pipelines and tools;
- Managing and monitoring system resources and network resources and evolving automation processes;
- Documenting and maintaining infrastructure and configuration.
- Planning team structure, team activities, and involvement in projectmanagement activities.
- Ensuring smooth collaboration between development teams and operational teams, removing obstacles, and promoting best practices.
- Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
- Selecting and implementing suitable CI/CD tools (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) and striving for continuous integration, continuous improvement, and a continuous deployment pipeline (CI/CD pipeline).
Who you are
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar and knowledge of DevOps tools and practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms and programming languages such as Python.
- Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
