Junior Consultant
Benelux
About this role
DI Blue wants to continue growing, and we could use your help to keep onboarding new clients and better assist our existing ones!
As a Consultant within our organization, you will realize digital transformations using software solutions and work on improving the business processes of our clients. You will then help your colleagues implement a solution for this, possibly using low-code. With your expertise, you ensure that (new) client projects run smoothly and you serve as the crucial link between IT and Business.
You will:
- Map out business processes for (international) clients and suggest improvements and more efficient methods;
- Translate practical solutions into IT solutions: you contribute to the design, construction, and rollout of system applications;
- Thoroughly investigate what is needed to serve clients well and identify opportunities: a "can do" mindset!
- Know which stakeholders to engage and when;
- Help clients gain insight into their current and desired situation, enabling the realization of an appropriate implementation;
- Ensure nothing is overlooked and that the client is completely satisfied with the result. You read between the lines: what a client truly wants can sometimes be different from what they say they want.
- Contribute to shaping consultancy processes and developing our latest propositions, for example, in the areas of CX and AI.
Naturally, you enjoy connecting with people and effectively communicating complex ideas and analyses. You feel comfortable in a young, dynamic organization and appreciate humor. You are social and, above all, dare to be your authentic self. The real you. With your own strengths, interests, talents, and perspective on the world.
Additionally, as a Junior Consultant, you have:
- A business background (such as Business Administration or International Business Administration) or a technical background;
- A strong interest in IT & tech: you will be working on digital transformations, so some experience is a plus;
- Excellent command of Dutch and English;
- You are not afraid to voice your opinion, ask critical questions, and take ownership.
What’s in it for you?
- A bonus scheme on top of a good fixed salary.
- Continuous growth. Learning by doing!
- An organization open to creative and innovative ideas.
- Opportunities to attend training and courses during working hours. We encourage your development.
- Compensation to set up your home workspace ergonomically.
- Laptop, phone, and a mobility allowance or a lease car.
- The possibility to work part-time (32 or 36 hours) or full-time (40 hours).
- Flexibility in working hours, remote or hybrid work, from the office or the other side of the world. Achieving progress together is more important, as is a good work-life balance.
- A time-for-time arrangement. Use the extra hours worked at moments that matter to you.
- A premium-free pension plan with no personal contribution. For later.
- Office lunches, a close-knit team, and fun quarterly team events. Think festivals, sports days, escape rooms, and dinners!
